We have a 7 day return policy on all products. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to submit a return. We no longer do exchanges so we ask that you place another order if the size is your reason for return.
Note - Sale and promotional (2 for 1) items cannot be returned. These items are final sale.
We’re very happy to refund provided your return meets the criteria below.
- We receive your return notification within 7 days.
- The cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked service as we take no responsibility for items lost in return transit.
- Any items that are worn, scuffed or soiled in any way will not be eligible for a return.
- Please do not try on hats when wearing make up.
- Please note straw hats must be returned in the box provided with the stabiliser in pristine condition and the box sealed with tape.
Due to the hand-made nature of some products there will be some slight variations to what you see on website and social media. Each item comes with its own inherent characteristics which make it so special.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the amount.
Crochet - we have a special return policy for all crochet apparel. Due to the delicate nature of the work we ask that garments are tried on without jewellery. Each item is inspected before packing and we ensure there are no faults. Rings and earrings can catch and damage the crochet so we appreciate you taking care. Any item with pulled stitching will be returned to the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and correct if need be. We are careful to quality check every item before packing.
